ChuayDek and Area Solidarietà Alitalia, giving protection to the kids
11-14 September & 10 Nov. 2012, BuddhaKasettra School, Khun Yoam, Thailand The non-profit Area Solidarietà Alitalia is working with ChuayDek to give a safer environment to the 120 children of the School. In September 2012 A.S.A. met the children and the teachers and then discussed with ChuayDek the progress of the improvements and the prospective future opportunities. Priority was given to the construction of a perimetral wall as girls started experiencing troubles with malicious individuals and with small thefts that occured in the dormitories. The building of this "fence" became crucial. On November 10th 2012, ChuayDek visited the school again, to testify the wonderful progress of the project as the construction of the surrounding wall was nearly over. To celebrate this goal a small ceremony occurred! |
